Today, August 4 is my grandaughter Lindy's birthday. She is four years old today. Last Friday Kelly and Will had party for Lindy and Clara's birthdays. They held it in their church's gym. The theme was sort of Carnival. They played lots of games and had a Pinata, the food that they served was like what you could get a carnival. Corndogs, popcorn, funnel cakes, caramel apples and cotton candy. Everyone had fun.

On Sunday afternoon I took Lindy shopping, she wanted to go to Big Lots, we went on a shopping spree. We bought a doll stroller and baby bed, a laptop table, paper and pens, Froot loops, and little debbie cakes, candy for Papa, and a gumball machine for her and one for Clara, and some cookies for Charlie. It was fun, she saw some things that we can buy next time too.

I forgot to post these earlier in the week like I promised. The party was a lot of fun and the kids had a great time on their treasure hunt. They are all dressed up in their pirate costume and ready to search for the treasure. 
I wonder what we will do next year to top this party?
